For my eighth reflection I’ll be talking about a go karting place that has a track like a Mario Kart game.
This place is located in Niagara Falls, and is called Niagara Speedway, it’s located near the Skywheel and other tourist attractions.
Niagara Speedway is unique as there exists a three-story tall spiral in which the Go Karts must climb to the top. Then you would go back down through a track area designed to slow your descent.

The experience costs around $20 and costs a further $0.25 if you need to rent a locker.
After you purchase your tickets, you go line up and wait as they funnel you through the line. Eventually you will have to scan your ticket and grab a helmet.
The helmets are sanitized through this machine; however, it does not account for other things like liquid. I ended up grabbing a helmet that was sweaty and gave it back to them.

After waiting in the long lineup, as this is a touristy area, you enter the Go Karts and go around the track.
Some drawbacks are that the Karts are really slow, as everyone can drive them. Ontario has regulations also prohibiting the speed since this is considered an attraction.
Another thing is that if you want to do multiple races, you have to re-line up every single time due to the way the attraction was designed.
All in all, it is worth it to try at least once, as this may be the only multi-level outdoor Go Kart track that is available in Canada. This is despite all the shortcomings that I have identified, as this attraction with a decently low price has a very low barrier to participation.
