For my third adventure I would like to talk about one of the most memorable places I went to during my summer vacation. This place is called Canada’s Wonderland and is located in Vaughan Ontario.

Canada’s Wonderland is one of Canada’s premier amusement parks and dwarves’ other amusement parks such as Vancouver’s Playland. For example, Playland only has one functional rollercoaster, while Canada’s Wonderland has more than 10.

One of the most memorable rides was called the Leviathan, which is Canada’s tallest and fastest rollercoaster and stands at 300ft with speeds up to 148kph. The first drop after the lift hill honestly felt like I was free falling for ages. This is definitely a ride that I would recommend as the novelty of it is worth the long waits, even without the fastpass.

Speaking of the Fastlane, that and the ultimate dining pass were two-add ons that I had purchased that day. Although they are quite expensive, I would say that they are worth it.

The Fastlane plus allowed me to get on most rides within 2 minutes versus waiting hours. If you’re only going to visit for one whole day, then it really allows you to have the best experience. As some would say, time is indeed money, and if paying extra money saves time, then your technically saving money.

In terms of the Ultimate Dining Pass, I would also say it is worth it. Most food at amusement parks costs at least $15-$20 for one dish, and the pass allows you to have unlimited drinks and food every 15 and 90 minutes.

The only add-on I wouldn’t pay for again is the unlimited ride photos as the camera systems were quite bad and couldn’t capture the correct images most of the time.

All in all, I would say Canada’s Wonderland is a very good experience, despite being way more expensive than other theme parks like Playland. You are paying for a world-class experience, and it definitely shows once you enter the park.
